IEOCC participates in the Walk for Lives

The IEOCC participated in the Walk for Lives event sponsored by ODRescue in partnership with United Against Fentanyl - 7/11/26 Heidi Gomez, Alex Cordova and Bobby Booker, IEOCC members participated in this event that focused on raising awareness around fentanyl, supporting families impacted by overdose, and bringing the community together to strengthen prevention and response efforts. Heide Gomez, Administrator of Substance Use Prevention and Treatment Programs (Riverside Couty Behavioral Health) spoke on behalf of the IEOCC on the importance of education, access to lifesaving resources that can help prevent overdose deaths and support healthier communities.
